The territory served or to be served by the Cooperative shall be divided into eight districts, each of which shall contain as nearly as possible to same number of members, and each district shall have there from one director with the exception of District 7 which shall have there from two directors.

District 1. Grimes County, Montgomery County and Harris County, and that area in northeast Waller County lying east of FM 1736, as extended northward along Waller-Gladdish Road to its intersection With FM 2979, and west along FM 2979 to its intersection with Courtney Road, and thereby north to the Waller County-Grimes County line.
