EC Home Program: Through EC Home, a simple toll-free phone call, cooperative members can access a full menu of mortgage products and related real estate services New Home construction, purchase of an existing refinancing or home equity loans make up the different type loans this program offers.
Anyone interested in the program can call toll-free 888-ECHOME1 (1-888-324-6631) and talk to a loan counselor about the different types of mortgages. Home is a tailor-made fit between SBEC and its members.

Book Covers - Book Covers are donated to seven area school systems at the beginning of each school year.
- A magazine with interesting stories and recipes. SBEC has pages in the middle of the magazine sending out safety tips and energy efficiency tips.
Support of Local Organizations - SBEC supports all local volunteer fire departments, county fairs and livestock shows, is a member of all chambers of commerce, and supportive of other youth clubs.
