The territory served or to be served by the Cooperative shall be divided into eight districts, each of which shall contain as nearly as possible to same number of members, and each district shall have there from one director with the exception of District 7 which shall have there from two directors.
Grimes County, Montgomery County and Harris County, and that area in northeast Waller County lying east of FM 1736, as extended northward along Waller-Gladdish Road to its intersection With FM 2979, and west along FM 2979 to its intersection with Courtney Road, and thereby north to the Waller County-Grimes County line.
All of Waller County lying south of U.S. Highway 290.
North Austin County (north of State Highway 159 in the western half of the County and north of FM 529 in the eastern half of the County).
South Austin County (south of State Highway 159 and FM 529).
Northeast Colorado County (the area northeast of State Highway 71 north of Columbus and northeast of the Colorado River south of Columbus).
Central Colorado County (area south of State Highway 71 northwest of Columbus and west of the Colorado River south of Columbus to U.S. Highway 90-A).
Lavaca County and South Colorado County (all of Lavaca County and that portion of Colorado County lying south of U.S. Highway 90-A).
Central Waller County (area lying north of U.S. Highway 290 and bounded on the east by FM 1736 as extended northward along Waller-Gladdish Road to its intersection with FM 2979; thence west to its intersection with Courtney Road to the Waller-Grimes County line).
